Damage can happen, no problem, the important thing is that you report it to us.

Damage? No problem – please just get in touch!

Please check if there is any damage when you arrive and report it to us as soon as possible. This clearly documents that these damages did not occur during your stay and that you are not responsible for them.

Of course, where people go on holiday, something can break. A glass falls, dishes break, or a sun lounger or furnishings are damaged. That can happen and is basically not a problem for us.

In the event of minor damage and everyday mishaps, we are generous. Even in the case of major damage, no one needs to be worried at first: In many cases, such damage can  be settled by the guest's private liability insurance or, if necessary, by the landlord's insurance.

Above all, it is important to us:

Please report any new or noticed damage openly and as soon as possible.

Please also talk to your children about this. Children in particular sometimes conceal a mishap out of fear or shame. Please explain to them that it is not bad if something breaks – the important thing is that we know about it.

Please also think of the guests who will spend their holidays in Ca Piero after you. Only if we know of damage can we repair it in time or replace something. So the next guests will also find everything in a tidy condition.

Damage is not a problem – unreported damage is.

Thank you for your openness, honesty and consideration!
